I love mocktail recipes because I don’t drink much alcohol. I find the combination of lavender and lemon absolutely divine! If you’re having friends over or just want to make yourself a little mocktail on a Friday evening, this is definitely a recipe worth keeping in your collection.For this recipe, you’ll need lavender syrup and honey syrup. Below is how to make both at home.
Lavender Syrup
· ¼ cup sugar· ¼ cup water· ½ tablespoon edible lavender1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.2. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the lavender.3. You will obtain a syrup with a delicate lavender flavor.
Honey Syrup
