Mexican Hot Chocolate

- 4 cups milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 115 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 3 drops almond extract
- whipped cream, for serving
Pour the milk into the slow cooker along with the cinnamon stick and cloves. Heat the milk with the spices for 1 hour on high.
Next, add the chocolate and almond extract and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Whisk with an electric mixer until the hot chocolate becomes frothy.
Serve with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
