Cauliflower Soup
I’ll show you how I make a simple cauliflower soup recipe — easy and not complicated.

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- ½ cauliflower, cut into florets
- 6 cups chicken broth
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
Melt the butter and add the onion. Cook until it becomes translucent.
Next, add the potatoes and cauliflower. Sauté for 1–2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken broth and herbs and bring to a boil.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
Using a blender, purée the soup until smooth and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Serve hot.
