Add a little oil to the bottom of a pot.
Cook the onions until they become translucent.
Add the basmati rice and stir.
Then add the chicken broth, frozen peas, and parsley.
Let the liquid evaporate until there is just a bit left in the pot. Then, add the butter.
The cooking is done when the liquid is fully absorbed or evaporated.
Serve hot with skewers or a nice cut of meat.
