Layered Nacho Dip
This is the perfect and easy recipe for a nacho dip to serve at family gatherings or with friends. It is simple, flavorful, and always a crowd-pleaser.

- 250 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mild salsa (drained)
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 tomato, finely diced
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 20 green olives, sliced
- nacho chips, for serving
In a bowl, soften the Philadelphia cream cheese. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly into a serving dish to create the base layer.
Drain the salsa well and spread it over the cream cheese mixture.
Top with the diced bell pepper, tomato, shallot, and sliced olives.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
Serve chilled with nacho chips.
