Layered Nacho Dip

This is the perfect and easy recipe for a nacho dip to serve at family gatherings or with friends. It is simple, flavorful, and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Philadelphia cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mild salsa (drained)
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 tomato, finely diced
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 20 green olives, sliced
  • nacho chips, for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, soften the Philadelphia cream cheese. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a serving dish to create the base layer.
  • Drain the salsa well and spread it over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Top with the diced bell pepper, tomato, shallot, and sliced olives.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
  • Serve chilled with nacho chips.
