Pear and Vanilla Iced Tea

For this iced tea, I use pear vanilla rooibos tea. However, you can make it with any fruity rooibos tea, such as peach. I encourage you to use the tea flavor of your choice and don’t hesitate to try this recipe with whatever tea you already have at home.
I suggest two methods for cooling your tea after steeping: either place the steeped tea in the fridge for several hours and then add ice and extra water later, or fill your pitcher with ice cubes and mix — it cools the tea immediately. Since I’m not very patient, I usually fill my pitcher with ice so I can enjoy my iced tea right away!
In short, it’s a very simple recipe and perfect for cooling down in the summer. I hope you give it a try! This recipe yields 2.5 L of iced tea.
