Bolognese Sauce

Bolognese sauce is a meat-based sauce that originates from Italy and is perfect for serving over pasta or for making a good lasagna. It’s a sauce that’s truly versatile and a classic found in every recipe book. So here’s how I make my version of Bolognese sauce — or as we say in Québec, “spaghetti sauce.”
