Layered Nacho Dip
This is the perfect and easy recipe for a nacho dip to serve at family gatherings or with friends. It is simple, flavorful, and always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 250 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mild salsa (drained)
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 tomato, finely diced
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 20 green olives, sliced
- nacho chips, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, soften the Philadelphia cream cheese. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a serving dish to create the base layer.
- Drain the salsa well and spread it over the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with the diced bell pepper, tomato, shallot, and sliced olives.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to combine.
- Serve chilled with nacho chips.
