Boursin Vegetable Dip

Boursin Vegetable Dip
This Boursin vegetable dip recipe is one I’ve only started making recently. I made it for the first time during a picnic with my cousin using a leftover piece of Boursin cheese I had in my fridge. My cousin loved it so much she even asked me for the recipe! I made this dip again with vegetables as an appetizer when hosting guests, and it was a big hit! This dip is a nice change from the classic mayo/ketchup combo everyone knows! It’s simple to make and very flavorful because Boursin is already a cheese packed with taste. The texture is perfect, and I recommend serving it with vegetables or plain chips! This recipe yields about ½ cup of dip. If you’re serving more than 4 people, I recommend doubling the recipe.
