Barbecue Sauce

This barbecue sauce recipe is easy to make. No need to chop garlic or onions! It’s simple and so flavorful! I really recommend making it. I’m sure you already have the ingredients for this recipe in your fridge and pantry.
This recipe yields about 1 ½ cups of sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard (or regular Dijon mustard)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
  • Add the ketchup, molasses, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Then add the brown sugar and spices.
  • Stir until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  • Once the sauce is ready, you can brush it onto your meat during cooking.
